Trusted peer cohorts for senior leaders who value confidentiality, candor, and depth. These groups are intentionally small and carefully curated, creating space for real conversation, shared learning, and long-term relationships.
Each cohort is built around a clear purpose and supported by ongoing facilitation, coaching, and connection. My role goes beyond moderating meetings. I serve as a strategic partner to the group and a trusted advisor to each member.

My Role As Facilitator
I hold responsibility for the health, relevance, and continuity of the cohort experience.
Partner closely with the membership to support the long-term success of the group
Serve as a strategic advisor and confidential sounding board to individual members
Design and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings with intention and depth
Cultivate meaningful relationships within the cohort and across the broader ecosystem
Act as a connector, sharing resources, perspectives, and introductions when helpful
